Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, if the shipment is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item due to breakage / damage), please email us at email@example.com with information about what was damaged and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible within 14 days from receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement (includes any shipping cost). We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements based on our assessment of applicable fees and shipping costs, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
If your package is not able to be delivered to the address you provided and through no fault of Wild Kombucha, then a shipping fee will be required in order to resend the item to you.
